TULSA ARTISTS' COALITION
Brady Arts District
Long ago, TAC decided that the best way to support artists was to provide them with a venue to display quality, contemporary art—especially work which may not otherwise have a home in a traditional commercial gallery. As a result, they created the TAC Gallery, which since 1996 has resided in the heart of downtown Tulsa's Brady Arts District.

indeed the American experience itself.
The current list of 550 films includes
selections from every genre -
documentaries, home movies,
Hollywood classics, avant-garde,
newsreels and silent films. These
Amazing Shadows reveals how
"American movies tell us so much about
ourselves... not just what we did, but
what we thought, what we felt, what we
aspired to, and the lies we told
ourselves." http://www.theseamazingshadows.com/film.html
-The Descendants
A land baron tries to re-connect with his
two daughters after his wife suffers a
boating accident. From Alexander
Payne, the creator of the Oscar-winning
SIDEWAYS, set in Hawaii, THE
DESCENDANTS is a sometimes
humorous, sometimes tragic journey for
Matt King (George Clooney) an
indifferent husband and father of two
girls, who is forced to re-examine his
past and embrace his future when his
wife suffers a boating accident off of
Waikiki. The event leads to a
rapprochement with his young
daughters while Matt wrestles with a
decision to sell the family’s land handed
down from Hawaiian royalty and
missionaries.
